DRILL A. Each player starts with the ball The player touches the ball with inside of the foot then the outside of the foot, and then the shoelaces. Player executes pull turn all with the same foot. Player repeats with the other foot.
DRILL B. Create appropiatre goals. The short field and no goalie allows
for scoring from almost anywhere.
Begin with one player from each team on the field and encourage them to shoot when they see any opportunity.
Every time one team scores, the other team adds a player to the field - the idea being to swing advantage to the other team.
Additional players are prepared to run on when a goal is scored and they also possess balls ready to throw in whenever the ball goes out of bounds.
The contest is won by the team that makes a goal against an opponent that has EVERY player on the field.
Variation: Have three teams. The resting team

Assign each player a number on each end (1 through 4 on one side and 1 through 4 on the other side). A ball is played in the area and a number/s is shouted; those players must then sprint onto the field and play Iv1, 2 v 2 etc..
DRILL E. This is a shortsided game. The teams don't score goals. Cones are set up in the opponents designated end, and a point is achieved by knocking over the cone. This is played up to a certain amount of points or until all cones are knocked down.
